"Really easy site to use"
I’ve found iHeart.com easy to use overall, which is nice because I don’t want to spend a bunch of time figuring out where everything is. The stations seem to load quickly for me, and when I’m looking for my usual podcasts, I can usually find them without having to click through a million different menus or pages. It’s just simple and straightforward, which I appreciate

"Good, but I’m not totally sold :)"
I do like having the music and podcasts all in one place, and not dealing with ads is definitely nice! But for how much I actually use it, the subscription feels a little pricey. I’m still on the fence about whether I’ll keep paying every month.
"I can usually find the stations..."
I can usually find the stations I’m looking for quickly, so overall the search works well enough. Every now and then it puts some totally random results at the top though, which feels like it shouldn’t happen if you’re searching for something specific. Still, it’s easy to use and not a big deal most of the time...

"Pretty good, but still missing stations"
The app is decent overall and works fine, but my local station still isn’t available. They make it sound like more stations are always being added, but that’s vague and doesn’t really help when the one I actually need is missing.

"Support got back to me really quickly"
I ran into a login issue and wasn’t sure if it was something on my end or with the account itself, so I reached out to support. They got back to me fast, which I really appreciated, and they were able to help get it sorted without making me go through a bunch of unnecessary back and forth. Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience.
"I tried signing into iheart.com probably six times..."
I tried signing into iheart.com probably six times, and it kept telling me my password was wrong even after I reset it. Then the verification code took forever to come through, and by the time I got it, it had already expired. I just wanted to listen to my stations, like, I just wanted to relax, not spend half the night arguing with a login screen. Super frustrating.
"I can’t remember every single bill..."
I can’t remember every single bill I’ve gotten, but the ones I do remember all looked right. I haven’t had any billing issues come up, so that’s been nice.

"I use iHeart.com once in a while..."
I use iHeart.com once in a while, and it works fine overall, but the music selection feels limited to me. A lot of the stations actually seem to play the same popular songs over and over, so it gets repetitive fast. I wish it was easier to find newer artists or stuff that isn’t already everywhere.

"I use iHeart mostly for podcasts, and there’s..."
I use iHeart mostly for podcasts, and there’s a lot to choose from. I was in a relaxed mood when I was browsing around, so it was nice having so many options. Some shows can be a little hard to find sometimes, but overall it works well for me...

"Pretty okay lately, but still has its issues"
I’ve been using iheart.com again recently for a few local radio stations and the occasional podcast, and it’s been decent for the most part. I do like how easy it is to find stations near me without digging around too much.
That said, the last few times I used it, the site felt kind of slow, and the ads started to get annoying quickly. I also had a stream randomly stop on me recently, which definitely stuck out because it happened right when I was actually enjoying what was playing.
Overall, it’s not terrible, and I’ll still use it here and there, especially if another app isn’t giving me what I need. But based on my recent experience, it feels more like a backup option than something I’d choose first.

"I tried it on my phone first..."
I tried it on my phone first and then on my laptop, and it worked without any weird setup issues. I was kind of watching for little things like whether the screen would line up right, if the buttons would lag, or if I’d have to reconnect it a bunch, but everything stayed smooth. Nothing fancy to complain about, compatibility seems solid.

"Ads aren’t ridiculous"
I use iHeart often, and the ads aren’t ridiculous like they are on some other apps. You get a few here and there, but it doesn’t feel annoying or over the top. I can listen to music or stations without being interrupted every minute, which I really appreciate.

"I ended up canceling my iheart.com subscription..."
I ended up canceling my iheart.com subscription, and it wasn’t a big hassle. I did have to poke around a bit to find the right spot, which reminded me how nice it is when companies make this stuff straightforward. But once I found it, the cancellation went through without any issues, and I got a confirmation too. Overall, it felt fair and simple enough.

"I kept running into issues with..."
I kept running into issues with the audio while streaming. The sound came through really tinny, like it was kind of hollow or low quality, and then every few minutes it would start buffering or cut out for a bit. It wasn’t just a one-time thing either, it happened often enough that it made it hard to actually enjoy what I was watching. I kept thinking it would settle down after a minute, but it just kept doing the same thing.

"It’s fine, if you don’t expect too much"
iheart is okay, I guess. It works fine when I just want basic radio, so there’s that. But whenever I actually search for specific podcasts or local shows I’m interested in, they’re either not there or random episodes are missing, which is super helpful. There are definitely a lot of stations, just apparently not the stuff I’m looking for. It’s not awful, but I expected a bit more variety. For now, it’s not really something I see myself using that much.

"I like that my favorites and..."
I like that my favorites and playlists stay easy to keep sorted. If something feels out of place, it’s simple to move things around and fix it, if that makes sense.

"Works well in my car, right?"
I’ve been using it in my car and it works well so far. CarPlay and Android Auto both connect and do what they’re supposed to, so I’d say it’s a solid option, wouldn’t you?

"Apparently My Radio Needs a Passport"
I travel a lot, and iHeart seems determined to either block my usual local stations or swap them out based on wherever I happen to be. Because, of course, the one thing I need while on the road is an app deciding I no longer live where I live. The app itself works fine, but trying to listen to my regular station is way more hit or miss than it should be.

"The promo offer was just confusing"
I tried using the promo offer, but the terms were not clear at all. I kept reading it and still felt like I was missing something. It was confusing from the start, and even after checking again, it was still confusing. I just wish the details had been explained better because the whole thing felt unclear and a bit frustrating
